Product Description

This is a special side entry rotary airlock valve that adopts tangential discharge and is particularly suitable for discharging granular materials, belonging to the technical field of unloading mechanical structures. A tangential discharge valve includes the shell, the feed port, the impeller installed in the housing, the impeller shaft that drives the impeller to rotate, the bearings and bearing end caps installed at both ends of the impeller shaft, the special feature is that the inner wall of one side of the outlet of the air lock is perpendicular to the outer surface of the impeller is tangent. Because the material is discharged in a tangential direction, the travel distance of the material in the air lock is shortened, thereby reducing the friction between the material and the inner wall of the air lock, reducing the damage to the material, and extending the service life of the equipment.

Application: to be used under cyclone, dust collector, in vaccum system.
